These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vordestudio.in (the "Site") and any services provided by Vorde Studio ("we," "us," "our"), including website design, AI voice/automation agents, social media management, and lead generation systems (the "Services"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview of Services
Vorde Studio provides growth systems for local service businesses, which may include:
- Custom website design and development
- AI voice agents and automation workflows
- Social media content and management
- Outbound lead generation and prospecting support
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, invoice, or agreement ("Order") between Vorde Studio and the client. Where these Terms conflict with a signed Order, the Order controls.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives of a business. By engaging our Services, you confirm you have the authority to act on behalf of the business you represent.
3. Fees & Payment
- Setup fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly/recurring fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the term specified in your Order (standard monthly plans run on a 12-month term unless otherwise stated).
- Late payments may result in paused work or suspended services until the account is brought current.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Term & Cancellation
- One-time projects are considered complete upon delivery and client sign-off.
- Recurring/monthly plans run for the minimum term stated in your Order. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@vordestudio.in.
- Early cancellation of a fixed-term plan may be subject to the terms outlined in your Order (e.g., remaining balance due, or a cancellation fee).

5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our Services effectively, we rely on the client to:
- Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals
- Supply accurate business information (services, pricing ranges, hours, warranty terms, etc.) used in websites, AI agents, or marketing materials
- Maintain ownership or proper licensing for any content, logos, or materials provided to us
- Comply with the terms of any third-party platform used in the Services (e.g., Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, phone carriers)
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the client, or by delayed client feedback/approvals.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final website, content, and materials created specifically for their business as part of the engagement, excluding any Vorde Studio proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, or underlying automation systems, which remain our property.
- Vorde Studio retains the right to reuse general frameworks, non-client-specific templates, and know-how developed during an engagement for future projects.
- Vorde Studio may reference completed client work (with permission) in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.
7. AI Voice Agents & Automation — Specific Terms
Where Services include AI voice agents or automated workflows:
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all scripts, knowledge base content, and pricing information provided to the AI agent.
- Vorde Studio does not guarantee specific call, booking, or conversion outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control (call volume, market conditions, client responsiveness, third-party platform reliability).
- The client is responsible for compliance with applicable telecom, recording, and disclosure laws in their jurisdiction (e.g., informing callers they may be speaking with an automated assistant, where legally required).
8. No Guarantee of Results
Vorde Studio provides tools, systems, and services designed to improve lead capture and conversion. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, payment processors, telephony providers, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by these third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorde Studio's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if a client fails to pay fees when due, violates these Terms, or uses our Services for unlawful purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed Order specifies otherwise for a particular client relationship.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
